Kevin was good and listened to me. On completion, I received a call - I forgot his name. I went there - the showed me the pictures on his computer for more damages underneath the bumper and explained me. On 4th Nov morning I received an email that car may take "12 days" - but it was ready on the same day - 4th November. I suggest - who ever sends the email to customer must get expected completion date either from Kevin or from shop.

People were easy to deal with and understood my problems. On Tuesday I gave car for repair and picked up Friday. Only negative point is I got an email Friday morning itself that it will take 12 days but I called and left message. After about an hour I received a call that car was ready to pick up. Please make sure to give customer most likely expected delivery time.
