Joe Cantu provided one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had! He went above and beyond to ensure the repairs to my car were done correctly and even included additional touches that I greatly appreciated, such as having the car vacuumed and buffing out my headlights since they were very cloudy to the point where the light wasn't shining very well. It really showed that Russel & Smith employees like Joe value the safety of their customers and the quality of their work. In addition, Joe kept me updated on the status of my car so that I was always in the loop, which I was very pleased with. I will definitely be recommending Joe Cantu and Russel & Smith Ford Honda to my friends and family!
