Overall, final repair was acceptable. After my car was in the shop for 5 weeks, we were notified that it was ready for pickup. Once we got to Russell & Smith, we realized that the car was repaired poorly. The seams did not line up, the paint had a yellow tint to it, the car pulled very hard to the right and it seemed as if it was a rushed job. After 3 more weeks in the shop, the car was repaired like new. The staff was helpful, although they did not always update me in a timely manner.

The bumper was replaced and it is not completely flush on one side. I was in a rush leaving so didn't get a chance to really inspect it.
