I was impressed that Jamie remembered me when I came to pick up my car after meeting me a week earlier when I dropped it off. She probably interacts with many dozens of customers in the course of a week, and the fact that she recognized me and remembered my name is a terrific way to make me feel like my business is important to your company. And of course Robert was so efficient, knowledgeable and courteous that I felt very sure he would give and did give my car all the attention I could want.
