I choose Vara due that I had purchased my vehicle there. Supervisor was great but John needs more customer service classes. the touch up were like my kid did it. they say it was not from accident but am sure extra 15 minutes is all it needed. people ask who touched up the door I don't a answer looks ugly.

I was told that i would get a call twice a week to update me on my car. I never received a call from them. I had to call and continue checking up. Which is fine, but dont tell me you are going to do something and never do it.

Parts unfinished and bad door paint job.

Took longer than what they told me. And they didn't repaired all my parts. And they did a messy door paint job. And my car was doored in the left side of my car.
