over service was ok from beginning to not quite the END.. I picked up my 2017 Camaro SS1 from your shop and while driving home I hear LOUD rattling.. come to find out your painters or service men did NOT tighten up my trunk light cover which was total NOT attended to.. ALL screws were loose and were not secured.,.. very disappointed that 1 mistake ruined your perfect score..

Thanks to John. My car was completed quickly and skillfully it appears. Haven't done a deep inspection of the work yet thanks to the recent child weather, but the paint job and quality look great so far. As long as all bumper fasteners are in place I'd call this a job well done. Thanks again. Might bring my other BMW I for some paint work as a result of the experience.

My contact person was John Arguella, he was very good bout keeping me informed on the progress of my car repair. He did his job and gave me the good news and the bad news regarding repairs As it worked out it was repairable and it looks brand new. John was able to get the repairs done sooner then expected.
