My first experience with vara was great. I was provided with exceptional service from the time I dropped my car off to the time I picked it up. Mr.Moreno and Mr.Steve gave great service. I didn't have to wait long to get my rental car through Hertz either.

I waited over a month for just a back left common quarter panel on 02 mustang. When I arrived my back left tire was sitting on the rim with a screw in it and thats not how I took it. Very unprofessional didn't walk me through with anything didn't even walk to the car with me. He had me sign papers without showing me my car then took off in a hurry before I even got to my car. I never been treated with such poor customer service over the phone and in person. Great company bad employees...
