Repair wasn’t fully completed. The estimate to the repair was a difference of $2,000. I’d have kept that money in my pocket and replaced whole parts rather than repair.

I would recommend it but I'm still confused why my car wasn't cleaned also the oil change light was on that would have been nice to get that change too instead since they are repairing damage that should have not been repaired might as well change my oil too

The repais were great lookslike a new car. However there's was damage to the car that should not have been repaired and just wondering why that was done since that damage wasn't part of the damage that the car was taken in for. In other words they worked on something that should not have been worked on and when I received my car it wasn't washed or cleaned do you all still clean the Cars before returning ?

First of all I want to thank you for the professional and friendly staff that works there. Unfortunately my son was in that accident where he got hit by an uninsured driver. He's in his las 10 months in nursing school and I told him that I would handle all the insurance claims and repairs and all that comes with it for him to focus on school. I was not disappointed when I chose Vara collision. From the start and going forward I was updated and informed of the status of repairs. I certainly recommend Vara Collision to anyone needing repairs. The truck looks awesome. Thank you very much!
