Kelvin and Ken did a good job and were very easy to work with and friendly. The only reasons I'm not rating this a 10 are: 1. the driver's door is not working 100% as it should be - I will send a note to Kelvin 2. a hubcab on the driver's side was lost during this process

Took way to longer for the amount of repair that had to be done. Two weeks was way too long. this was a max 3 days repair given the scope of work. Poor workmanship. My bumper is not properly installed. It is disaligned from the right side. Perhaps the same old brackets are used.

It honestly looks perfect. Like the accident never happened in the first place. The repairs definitely exceeded my expectations. Everyone there were also very sweet and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Communication was probably the best part of the whole experience as well with getting frequent updates.
