I had a bad experience with the collision center at Don McGill Toyota one of the associates Calvin was very rude Toyota had my vehicle for over three weeks, said it was ready. When I go pick it up, there was still imperfections. In the paint I was told I was gonna be contacted by a collision center manager today. Never got a call. I'm very disappointed. I regret taking my business to toyota, I spent $5200 and couldn't even get my truck washed.that's not good business a furthermore, someone disconnected the cameras in my vehicle

My car was struck on the left side by another driver. Although the impact occurred on one side, the force of the collision caused the entire rear bumper to shift. As a result, both taillights were damaged and broken. During the inspection, I was told that it was impossible for both taillights to have been broken because the impact was only on the left side. I am not a collision repair expert, so I cannot explain the mechanics of how the damage occurred. However, I can only describe what happened and the condition of my vehicle after the accident. Both taillights were broken in the same area where the bumper had shifted. I contacted my insurance company, and they informed me that they had spoken with your office. They also explained that the final decision regarding the repair was yours, and that you decided not to replace one of the taillights. I find it disappointing that my account of the accident appears to have been dismissed. I have been honest about what occurred and have no reason to misrepresent the damage. How not to consider the possibility that the force of the impact caused damage beyond the initial point of contact?!

I guess many people tried to lie about these situations but this wasn’t the case. Work done was very good on the repair part anyways. The insurance was willing to pay for the damage and you decide not to do it just because “you didn’t believe it”.

I am extremely disappointed with the work that was done on my car. Nearly every area that was repaired shows poor workmanship and an unacceptable paint job. In addition, my dashboard was damaged, and a small trim piece near the window is now missing. The replaced window glass does not match the other windows and is noticeably different in appearance. The most concerning issue is the roof paint. The color does not match the original factory paint, and the difference is clearly visible to anyone who looks at the vehicle. The quality of the repair falls far below what I expected, and I am very dissatisfied with the condition in which my car was returned.
