Staff communicated every step of the way. Woman at the front desk was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Bonilla answered all my initial questions when I dropped off my vehicle. Wilbur followed up towards the end. He was very kind, communicated all information and was helpful. 10/10 experience at Don McGill. Will recommend and also give my business again.

Everything was great until the job was nearly complete, then the dealership told me I had to acquire parts for the job, which I raced to do before closing, then they wouldn’t stay an extra five minutes to make sure my heartbroken daughter could get her car back the day it was promised. Then the next day, the hood was not correctly aligned with the fender, and once they completed that fix, they didn’t even call me to let me know the work was done.
