You are more oriented towards how to get pay from auto insurance but less concerned about customer satisfaction; the repair was completed unprofessionally, not in details (with rough surface and uneven/protruding joints edges), and maybe not per car model specifications. I do thank you for your help with repaired service.

The service at Toyota of Katy Collision was first class from the receptionist all the way down to agents at Enterprise cars. My husband and I was very impress by Mr. Josh, who from the beginning explained the process to us and allow us to ask any questions we wanted and gave the answer. Mr Jossh also kept us updated on the progress of the car repair which allow us to see how long we was going to continue to rent the car. He was very friend from the beginning to the end. The two agents from Enterprise also was very professional as well. They also answered out questions and explain in detail about how much our insurance was gaining to pay.
