the quality of his work seemed great. But, I didn't like his customer service attitude.

the work was excellent but it took over a week to complete when it was promised in 3-4 days. Also, he didn't seem to care that I was upset at the delay. He seems like a nice person but maybe he has been working too long to care.

This has been second time we have had our car repaired at this place. They always treated us very nicely. They are friendly and courteous. They have done great jobs both time we dropped off our car to them.
