Sado and team were professional and communicative throughout the process. They answered - and even anticipated - my questions. They were respectful of my time - they helped me move through each step of the process quickly. When it was time to get a rental car they arranged it. When the rental car company didn’t show up quickly to pick me up they dropped me off. They gave me a clear idea of timelines. They finished the work on time and in a way that the car looks new. And on top of all of this they cleaned the car. 10/10
