Victor was great and professional at handling our repairs. He gave us daily updates on the progress and estimation of completion date which was really helpful for us. Turn around was quick and work was done neatly. There were just two small minor issues (small defect in one of the new parts and calibration being a bit off) but Victor was very quick to promise get a replacement part and realign our sensors. We are grateful for his acute sense of customer service and overall had wonderful interactions throughout the process.
