Start to finish this was a professional experience! DRC gave great recs on rental car which made that an ease, had amazing and often communication, was accurate in how much time they thought it would take, completely went above and beyond with cleaning the exterior and interior of the car! The process was quick, easy, and everyone was very cordial. I talked with Trish and Devin during the process. Both maintained a professional, upbeat attitude. My expectations were more than met. My truck looked great inside and out! They took extra care with the few random things they found laying in the cab (phone charger, hair clips) and made sure they were easy to locate when I got the truck back. Kudos to the team, one of the best experiences I have had with car repairs!

Things went well overall, however, I was frustrated that my gas tank was on empty when I received my car back and I had to drive straight to a gas station. I didn’t even have a gallon left in the tank, which is not how I dropped it off. I didn’t expect a full tank, but a gallon or two would have been a nice courtesy! Was very happy with the work they did, the updates I received along the way, and the lengths they went to help me get my car back (dropping my car off for me while I was at work). Thank you, DRC!
