They waited 10 days to start on my car. They tried to blame the insurance company, despite the fact that they had approval from day one and would not let me talk to regional management. This delayed me getting my car back and cost me money out of pocket. The general manager was actually quite rude on the phone. The repair itself was OK although there’s bubbles in the clearcoat on top.

The final condition appears to be fine. As mentioned, we had to bring the car back to be fixed.

Customer Service

Communication was inconsistent and difficult. We had to call the shop directly for updates, often needing to call multiple times for someone to answer and that person often didn't have many details. We were originally told the repair may only take 1 day - the car wasn't even disassembled to be evaluated for 3 days. The info we were told over the phone did not match the text messages we were receiving. I received a text saying the car was "halfway there" and then a text saying the car was complete just a few hours later. We also had to bring the car back to have paint issues corrected. We were told that would only take 30 minutes to correct - it took nearly 2 days and again had communication issues understanding the status of the vehicle.
