All the people I met were super friendly and helpful and the updates are great. Only one issue: when I drove home and entered my garage, my Home Screen went black instead of the headlight coming on. Someone reset my screen so it scared me. I don’t know how to put it back to normal.

First let me say I have never hauled anything in the back of my truck. It was spotless when I dropped it off for repair. When I picked it up two (2) weeks later. The bed hasd a bunch of leaves in the bed. Tha rino liner had been damaged. It appeared to me that metal objects had been drugged in the bed of the trunk, putting scratches and gashes in the liner. There were dirty/muddy footprints in the bed and on the tailgate I picked up my truck after hours on a Friday, so there was no one to talk to about it I returned that Monday morning and showed this to staff. She stated she need to speak to her manager about it, she took photos and said she would call me later. She called me Tuesday and informed me that management wanted me to take my truck to get repaired and they would reimburse me later. I informed her that’s not an option, I’m not spending my money on your problem and have to wait to be repaid. She called the next day and told me to bring them my truck and they would take it to get repaired. At no point did they offer me a rental.

There’s still a little bit of over spray left on my car that I need to call about getting fixed. There were finger marks all over the inside and outside of my windows. And there was a lighter left in my car?!! Other than that, the front desk staff was nice, Brandi was nice and personable, the paint job looks good, and they were quicker than the estimated time!

Vehicle readiness aside - I would return to Gerber because of the compassion shown to me when I picked up my vehicle. I wasn't feeling well and Brandy had two of your staff drive me home - very kind!
