The first thing I noticed when I showed up to Drive Auto Collision East, was that Mr. Enrique shook my hand and offered me a cup of coffee. He then explained to me everything that was going to happen to my truck. While he was getting the paperwork ready for me, 3 other employees walked in and saw me there sitting and drinking my coffee. Each employee that saw me there made it a point to say good morning to me. That was day one. The following days, they would send me a text letting me know how far along they were. It made me feel as if I was there with them. Every text was positive. No set backs. The truck was ready on the date they gave me. I went to pick it up and I was totally 💯 percent grateful. I had never been treated this way by anyone in the company. I will truly tell all my friends about my experience with you guys. Good luck in all you guys do.
