There was a spot on my trunk door beneath the window where paint was peeling. When I got back home with my vehicle, I noticed that the spot was much larger than it was when I dropped the car off to you guys. I understand it was not covered by insurance as it was not caused by the theft but I don't understand why it was worsened and then not addressed

I worked with Amanda, who was handling my insurance claim. She was very friendly and got my vehicle in promptly. She also assisted with getting my rental. I received texts along the way to stay informed of the status of my vehicle. My vehicle was completed in a timely manner. I had to call a day or two later as something needed adjusting with my wiper. They took care of getting a part just in case, and getting it fixed promptly. I was really appreciative of working with people who helped navigating and stayed positive and friendly in a situation that was frustrating- my broken vehicle. Thank you!
