Pat was amazing to work with. I set up a claim online and he called promptly to set up a time to give an estimate. He scheduled a time for the repairs to be done and the parts were ordered and delivered by the time my truck was there. The repair time was unbeatable and the quality was amazing. My paint is unique and they matched it flawlessly.

Pat was helpful in keeping me posted. I have one question for you? Why don’t you have the parts on hand before I dropped off my car? It worked out fine because I dropped off the car and I almost didn’t have to have the rental but I did. State Farm paid for the rental but it’s more money from my insurance agent that could have been avoided. I realize you are a slave to the delivery services. It’s only my suggestion the parts be on hand.
