Everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful. However I did feel a lack of communication with my repairs. My vehicle was not finished until 2 days after my estimated date and no one let me know that date was changing until I called to inquire. I was also told at the inspection that my insurance company would likely not cover my cracked windshield- they did, but I wasn’t aware that they had approved it until I picked up my vehicle. I also wasn’t sure if all the damage was going to be able to repaired paint less until I picked it up. I’m not sure if that’s a customary practice but I would have just liked an update to know that.
