Special thanks to Dena Breece. This started out with me having a difficult time with the insurance company. When Dena told me to leave it to her she was not joking. Within two hours I was set with rental truck and my truck in the hands of Moss. She was great and so was the job repairing my truck.

The Dena was the person with which I dealt almost exclusively with the exception of Seth. Dena impressed me with her professionalism and good manners and sense of levity. She knew her stuff, she did her job very well and she made me a fan of Moss Body Shop. Seth, also performed exceptionally well over the phone as I spoke with him about timing and delivery of the vehicle. He didn’t put up any kind of excuses and he worked hard to meet deadlines. He represents Moss very well as well. Both of them deserve a big pat on the back
