From beginning to end the process was seamless. Started with speaking to Michelle who set up an inspection appointment and then repair appointment. She made sure rental car company was there to pick me up when I dropped off the car. Received constant text updates every step of the way. When my car was ready I paid my deductible my car was washed and the interior cleaned. Great job to the whole team at D & S.

It happened on Christmas day, so the whole process got started later. The work was finished a week later than originally stated, but they did keep me informed. They also did a beautiful job.
