I would have given you a 10 , the paint job looks really good, but a little unhappy about the cleaning and detail, left wax residue on a lot of the plastic trim and the bed cover, that now I have to try and clean. P.S. the paint job looks great !!!

Hello,My name is H Wade Hubbard. I can tell you. "Right" Now. I would not look anywhere else, but D&S Automotive service. Professionalism is good and down to earth. I never had to ask twice on any matter. First Ms.Hodges, was down to earth and was very attentive to my worries. Once she go tmost of everything line and couldn't go any further she told me the truth. This what you need in a business, the truth of reality. So! we as a team could move this down the road on brainstorming what are next move would have tobe.Before she pass me on to Mr.Tumbry, the Collision specialist. Mr.Tumby, went right down the list what I needed, even when I was not sure on a couple of items. And in the end! He was (right). You really must throw yourself into a person that does this everyday in and out. But he did it with respect as well as, Ms.Hodges's did also. Before Mr.Tumbry, move it from his desk to his body men. He definitely told them my problem. But here's the crazy thing about it He didn't even tell me that. He told them. There were also professional.They call once and was very clear on what they were finding. If I had and worries (call them). "Wow".. Perfect. Now getting back to Ms.Hodges, our problem was at entrepris and we try to play fair. But they seem to have a problem customer service. Ms.Hodges was right on the phone with me. Explaining what was going on. We planned what my next steps were to be. Talk to Lauren, mgr of Enterprise and she was very understanding and address this matter ...very fast and was settle. By all D&S, and also enterprise. Please for my writing, still up working and wanted to write this before surgery. I would tell all of my friends and people whomever I run into a conservation. If they had body car problems. Give D&S, the chance to show how groomed they are. Especially Ms.Hodges and Mr. Tumbry and his team of techs. (BRAVO) Everybody and thank you.
