D&S automotive Elyria is the place to go when you have collision needs! They do an excellent job and quality work. They take good care of your car and go above and beyond with things like a car wash, filling up your tank, waxing, etc. (things they don't need to do but do it anyway!). Thank you for making what could have been an unpleasant experience very pleasant!

Hard to imagine that it's been over 25 years since we needed body work on any of our vehicles. At the time, we went to Smitty's Auto Body. When we recently needed repair on one of our vehicles, we went to the same body shop, but now under new ownership. We were told most of the same people still worked there. It gave us confidence to secure their shop for our body work, as we had excellent service at that time. D&S FAR exceeded our expectations. From the front desk, we were met with a smile, a friendly face and a very helpful attitude. She assured us we would have no other concerns; they would take care of everything. We did not have to worry about dealing with the insurance or securing a rental car. We were updated throughout the process and reassured there were no unforeseen issues. There were no delays, and our vehicle was actually ready ahead of schedule. At pickup, the owner made sure we were satisfied with their work, thanked us for using D&S, and took care of returning rental car to Enterprise. We HIGHLY recommend D&S to anyone needing small or major repairs to their vehicle. You will be assured of no worries or concerns from beginning to completion of repairs. You will be greeted by friendly staff - from the front desk, service workers, as well as the owner - and will be treated as a valued customer. There is also no question of repair costs, as we received a very detailed itemized receipt for every part and every minute spent on repairs.
