Repairs are excellent. But I was forced to pay $500 deductible because Mapfre did not pay it at the time (supposedly to be refunded) before being allowed to reclaim the vehicle

Everyone there is great with the exception of the lady who answers the phone. She’s always got a weird attitude like people go to the body shop everyday and they should be as familiar with the process as she is.
