Everyone at Duke Collision that helped me was extremely nice and helpful!!! Antonio went above and beyond to answer all my calls and emails regarding updates on my car. Onassis eased my mind regarding dealing with the insurance, he is the one that convinced me to return to you for this service, I didn’t want to deal with the insurance company but he assured me that everything will work out and it did! I forgot the young lady who took pictures and sits at the front desk name- she is very nice and also answered all my questions. I have to say everyone that I spoke with are genuinely professional and friendly! My car looks great!

Brought my car in for a door handle to be repaired thy painted it and installed it which looked great. I waited for it to be repaired and when they were done the handle wouldn’t open on the first try it takes a few times to get the door to open so I brought it back it they tried to figure out what was going on and they just seemed to give up on it and gave me the keys and told me I’d have to take it to a dealership. Pretty disappointed they didn’t offer to figure it out. Now I’m taking it to the dealership because they couldn’t Figure it out
