I was pleased with the quality of the work done on my car and by the ease of communication with Chris, who oversaw the care of my car. However, I do think it took far too long to be repaired. I took it in on Sept. 3rd and was not able to pick it up again until Sept. 25th due to a series of delays.

I was treated with respect and kindness and any questions I had were answered. However, when the projected dates for completion continued to be delayed, I did worry that something was wrong and that maybe I was being too trusting.
