Although there was some snafooing with parts getting backordered, or being the incorrect version when they arrived, the car was completely fixed by the time I finally could pick it up again, almost like she'd never gotten bumped in the first place.

My alignment is still way off after the second time taking it there. Also my exhaust was 100% not ridiculously loud when I took it in and I got it back with it insanely loud. I’ll be surprised if I don’t get pulled over for it. It’s pretty obvious that if I take my car in with it pretty quiet and I get it back sounding like it doesn’t have a muffler, you or one of your guys did something to cause it. Accountability for small businesses is crucial. My insurance wouldn’t pay for it because it wasn’t damage from the accident, it was damage from careless mechanics.

I would tell them that the repairs I had took longer than expected and I didn't get many updates on the progress of the repair (I could have called if I was impatient), but the finished repairs look great and I am very happy with the work that Dylan's did to help my favorite little car.

My vehicle repairs turned out great after they fixed my car from the rear-end collision. They actually ended up charging me LESS than quoted because they were able to get a better price on my replacement bumper. They passed the savings on to me. I appreciated that.
