Best repair location in New Bern. The accident investigation with Nation Wide made me feel like the criminal in this case. I actually thought about switching my coverage to someone else and he put E & J through the ringer also. Very unprofessional. I'M NOT A HAPPY CAMPER with him. I talked with other Nation Wide customers who said their investigation was 5 minutes on the phone. Mine was 1 hour of interrogation in his car. Still thinking about changing insurers. Jimmy Watts
