Tried to go back and change an answer but it wouldn’t let me - I was never given an estimated date as to when the vehicle would be done with repairs. I also called one day to ask them to call me when the car is done being repaired as I’m the one who owns the car and makes the payments and my husband and I are about to divorce; they still tried calling him first when the car was done. Those were my only issues; I would still recommend this shop

One small damaged item was missed in the repair plan. This meant I had to go back to get it corrected. E&J had to order another part and will make it right as soon as part is available.

The staff lead by Joe was friendly and knowledgeable. The workmanship on the repair was excellently done. The car took four weeks to complete instead of the original estimate of just over one week. The inside of the car was left dirty with black smudges. Overall I would give them 4 out of 5 stars.
