I was more than satisfied with your staff. They were helpful in me making the decision to let my car "go" so really I had no repairs done HOWEVER my son had Eagle fix his truck last year which is why I brought my car to you. In that respect we were more than satisfied.

Staff were friendly, professional, and I had an overall good experience despite the wind noise issue that was promptly fixed. I was impressed with how quick service was! However, the plastic panel that was replaced on the front passenger door does not match the others. I could undestand it being darker due to sun damage on the other panels but this one is way lighter & noticable. I wish that was pointed out or explained to me why they weren't able to match it correctly (manufacturer issue or whatever.) Other than that it was a good experience. **also the window is slow to roll up or down compared to the others. It's not an issue unless there are long term problems it may cause.

I'd advise anyone I know to go to Eagle for any vehicle damage repair. My truck looks better than it did before the 2-1/2" hail. I won't go anywhere else! Ever!!
