Despite my car being in the shop for longer than I expected, the work and the customer service were excellent.

I was not kept in the loop with the status of my car. I had to keep calling and asking. It took too long, if I had been told what was happening i might have understood the delay. I was sent 3 separate txt msgs over a period of 6 or 7 days Thats told me my car was in the paint shop. Doesn’t make sense. I am very pleased with the work that was done just not with keeping me informed regarding what was happening. Carol Faustina
