Didn't hear from anyone after taking my car for an estimate for two weeks. I called to get an update and they had forgotten about it, and did it that day. When called to schedule the repair i was given a hard time about when to bring it in, saying a thursday is too hard because it's so close to the weekend. I couldn't come any other day due to work, brought it on a thursday and it was done same day.

Only if family or friend lives near the shop in northwest Bakersfield area. The shop should have stayed open in downtown area. That location was more accessible.

Reason: needed to go back after work was done to reapply decal that was damaged. Also, not really sure if they coated the side of the vehicle. Hope they did.
