recently had my 2018 Toyota Avalon repaired at Earnhardt Auto Body. I originally purchased my Avalon from Earnhardt, and based on this experience, my next vehicle will likely come from this exceptional company as well. The highlight of my outstanding experience at Earnhardt was working with a young man named Philipp Moore. In today's world, it can be nerve-wracking to have your vehicle serviced, as some companies take advantage of customers with excessive charges. Thankfully, this is not the case at Earnhardt Auto Body. From our first meeting, Philipp greeted me warmly and explained exactly what would be done to restore my Avalon to like-new condition. Throughout the process, he kept me informed daily through emails and text messages. I believe my exceptional experience was largely due to Philipp's attentive supervision and his genuine commitment to ensuring quality service. In some literature I received, there was a photo of Philipp. I mentioned to him how remarkable it was that you could clearly see the resemblance between the child in the photo and the man standing before me. Philipp smiled and said, "No, Mr. W, that's my little boy." The family resemblance is truly amazing! I should also mention that my excellent experience at Earnhardt began the moment I arrived, with the welcoming conversation and efficient administrative process handled by Philipp and the two friendly ladies in the office when I first dropped off my vehicle for evaluation and repair.
