This was my second time getting my vehicle repaired at East Coast Collision. Just like my first visit, my second experience was great. My vehicle was repaired/ready four days after I dropped it off and the work was excellent. I also like the fact that ECC kept me informed and updated about step of the repair process.

I have a background in Bodywork as it is the family trade for the last 3 generations and I can say that the experience was AWESOME! From the friendly receptionists to the knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff i was again suprised at the quality of the work and the people. I was kept informed and checked on alot, not annoying alot but a I appreciate you alot. The work was done while I waited because the part was ordered and painted ahead of time. Very efficient and done right!
