The only thing I would improve will be to update customer on their vehicles status after a few days other than that I was completely satisfied my car was even washed And everyone I dealt with was professional

I mentioned to both USAA and ECC about a sound my vehicle was making after my accident. The issue was not fixed and my vehicle now makes the sound all the time while the car is running. Additionally, the volume button on my steering wheel was broken and the plastic between the channel button and the volume button was broken and the broken piece is missing. I appreciate the bumper repair, but the accident caused additional issues that weren't repaired and a piece of the steering wheel was broken after I dropped the truck off.

The scale doesn't leave much room for flexibility. Although my bumper was repaired, additional damage was done during my accident that wasn't repaired. I mentioned the issue to my insurance company and ECC.
