I have a new trunk but the paint looks like it's going to peel off. My key way already damaged but they broke the metal piece in half and didn't notify me at all. And there is still some dents. I was never notified when my car would be done I had to call them which isn't a big deal just adds to the poor customer service.

There was repairs missed. Dodge also missed these repairs, whoever the this issue was address with Mark and shop manager also Nationwide consultant hoping to return the vehicle for further adjustments or repairs tomorrow I would like to give G&R Collision a opportunity to correct any repairs missed and continue business with this company in the near future thanks Mrs.Douglas
