I found a scratch on the hood that was not there before. Looks like somebody might’ve hit it with the tool while they were opening or closing the hood. I will be bringing it by so we can be fixed any questions called Dan 240-3138

We're having some issues with the child safety locks on the driver's rear door. The lock won't fully disengage and got stuck at one point. Aside from that, everything is great!

The team at east coast collision are absolutely fantastic. From start to finish I received white glove service. The communication, the quality of work and honestly the professionalism. Russel was my service coordinator and he kept me updated on each step of the process. When I had a question he responded immediately. They even returned my car washed and vacuumed. I had a really great experience and highly recommend this shop!
