Honestly, I had never heard of East Coast Collision prior to needing service. This establishment met and exceeding my expectations of both kindness, cleanliness, and professionalism. I just hope I never need collision services again. I would definitely recommend, as long as the same people I interacted with, are all there.

From the moment I walked in Ms. Terri & Ms. April were engaging and very polite. Tim Littlejohn, was my service advisor who provided real time updates on my vehicle. I never had to call in to check the status. Even the guys who worked there but not on my car were polite.

Ms. Terri & Ms. April would call with updates in addition to Tim Littlejohn texting me every step of the way of where my car was in service. It was as if I dropped my kid off at school. I don’t have children, but I’d imagine that’s what it’s like with real time updates lol!
