Took in for repairs and was told it would be done in about a week. When I call to check said they would call back to let me know and that they were rechecking everything to make sure it was done right. When I picked the car up from the shop and stopped. I couldn’t start my car. The whole vehicle lost power. Come to find out that they didn’t even tighten my battery terminal. Lucky I wasn’t on the highway going back home. Another thing is all my windows worked prior to bringing it in for repairs. Now the passenger window does not. And this is a 2021 vehicle. So I’m sure the motor on it didn’t just go out from overuse.

Work was good but took longer than expected. Took more than a month because my rental car from insurance ran out before car was completed.

The first time we arrived to pick up the car we were very dissatisfied. However they took the car back and corrected the paint runs and small dings and the second time we were very satisfied.

What a great group of people that helped my 89 year old mother get her repaired and extended their help to her when she drove her car off, and then it died in traffic. Helped her get it back to the shop and re-ran diagnostics on it to make sure nothing was wrong!! They were exceptional, help, and caring people!!
