Absolutely the best starting from the phone inquiry speaking with Mrs Debbie about Rhino liner pricing and options. She was so helpful and professional in our conversation, it felt like I was talking to a fiend not a business trying to convince me to give them my money. Drove the 50 minutes from Charlotte to discuss the tailgate repair and Ron was the friendliest professional who took the time to work up a quote and explained in detail the work and process. Speaking with Ron was like talking to a friend of 20 years not a pressure sales person or someone i was keeping from something else. My wife actually spoke with another lady there about quilting and got a recommendation for a local store and wow again it felt like dealing with family and best friends. I had them repair and paint my tailgate and then Rhino Line my truck bed. I am so glad I didn’t use the rude cold high priced Charlotte options and chose the real southern small town friendly business. It’s 100% worth the drive to Rock Hill SC. Hope I don’t need a collision paint business again but if I do it’s a guarantee I will be using Edwards Body Shop /Rhino Linings in Rock Hill. I am not easy to please as a Retired Sergeant Major but I am humbled by their home town attitude and professionalism.
