I was completely satisfied with the bodywork on the car. I had to buy a new battery because the battery is dead. They left the hood up on the car while it sat in the shop so I had to get the top of the engine washed off. Plus now I have small ants in my car..

Although the staff was kind, I felt it took an unusual amount of time to do repairs. Each time I called for updates, I was given the same answer- “waiting for insurance; have to do paperwork, car needs scanned, etc.” I realize I am not their only customer, however, I became extremely frustrated at the info I was given and it felt as if I was being given “the runaround”
