There was lack of communication on the body shop part. Nobody ever called to let us know that they were having a problem getting a part. My wife Ginger had to check in with them to get any information, it was never freely communicated.

Repair quality was great! I’m a little disappointed in the communication from my representative. I was told I would be called with an update after turning the vehicle in for the bumper replacement. 3 days went by without a word so I had to call on a Friday to check the status. I was told it would be ready on Monday and I would be called. I waited until 1 pm and then finally called to find out it was ready. I had another 2021 Tahoe that needed some body work but the quote I was given was way too high. I’m pleased with the new bumper but disappointed in the communication department. I rate the work a 9 and the experience a 5.
