From the date of contact regarding the accident it was over three weeks before I had payment. Had it been provided to the repair shop electronically I would have had my car back within a week and I would not have had to drive 32 miles to pay the costs from my personal account while waiting for the check from Pekin. The other driver stated that the accident was entirely his fault.

Great customer service, Mr. Aws was really professional, he showed me all the details related to the inspection and how the estimate was based according to the damage of the vehicle, the repairs were completed in a timely manner, communication was great during the entire process, clean shop, high attention to detail and honest pricing, highly recommend and will definitely come back for future body shop needs
