I was impressed with their service and standards a year and half earlier when I had a driver pull out in front of me. That driver's insurance company quoted repairs with cheap parts and under quoted. As it turned out through the expertise of the Elmer's staff it should have been totaled and it was. So I didn't hesitate to send my latest car wreck to them. They were very nice and helpful. They kept us informed of the progress and any other issues with the vehicle other than what it was there to be fixed. We had the vehicle back to us 3 days before what they originally told us. I would definitely recommend them!!
