Emmert personnel are outstanding! The rating of 8 is for GM and their inability to repair/diagnose a 10 year problem with the 8 speed transmission shuddering. GM has several TSB’s on it and not one permanent solution on the ongoing issue. This is the second time that my 2020 Canyon has been in for this problem. The first time at around 26,000 miles a year ago and now again at 53,000!

A few stubborn clips on the back bumper panel still need to be replaced, so I’m going back in today. Otherwise they did an excellent job, were pleasant to meet with, and they washed the car so that it sparkles. I would definitely recommend them.

Could be much better in my opinion financing, body repair. Customer service though is very good.

Fixed the problem, painted where doors were hitting that rubbed the paint. Didn't look at inside of door right next to where they repainted and can see little spots of bare metal that could have been painted same thing for both doors. Then bolts they took off are missing paint that were painted for protection before. Just disappointing that I have to have teuck back in to have it done when could have been done the first time by looking at door as they repainted, also little pride in work to make sure things that were painted from factory stayed painted. Hopefully this next time it comes out like it should.
