Richard is the kindest and most patient. A great representative of your company. Car looks good. Wish I had seen some paint damage prior to taking it in. We could have had it primed and touched up as well. We’ll be back. Have a second vehicle F150 that needs some work too. Working on that deductible now.

The pin strip is not the same color as original and was laid on top of the original and also has missing chunks in it. Should have been redone completely. Ya emptied the spare tire storage and scattered my tools and things everywhere on top of my back seat area. So annoying and disrespectful not very epic other than an epic failure. Other than that very pleased with the fix and Richard.
