Repair time was excessive. I dropped off the car on 12/04, and the expected pickup date was 12/31 or 1/2. When I checked on it on 1/6, it still needed additional work and the windshield was broken, so I left it there again. I finally picked up the car on 1/14, but then had to return once more for further repairs to the windshield wipers. The extended timeline, and lack of quality oversight are the reasons for my rating.

The initial appointment was easy and fairly quick. They took photos, looked the car over and got me a quote. I was able to drop my car off a few days later and they completed the work in a surprisingly quick turnaround. The quality of repair was fantastic! My car looked like new. Highly recommend!
